Grand cru par excellence, notre parcelle de 38 ares situ\u00e9 sur le haut du climat Mazoy\u00e8res, sur une petite butte en face des Latrici\u00e8res. C\u2019est un terroir argilo calcaire compos\u00e9 de marne blanche, avec une impressionnante pr\u00e9sence de pierres plates accumul\u00e9es sur le c\u00f4ne alluvial de la combe Grisard. Avec une inclinaison douce permettant un drainage et un \u00e9coulement parfait, ces vignes de plus de 60 ans vont chercher gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leurs racines profondes de nombreux oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 travers le sous-sol rocheux fissur\u00e9. Ce terroir exceptionnel nous offre un vin avec des aromes intenses, une somptueuse complexit\u00e9 et un grand \u00e9quilibre\u00a0; c\u2019est un grand cru noble et rac\u00e9. Naturellement structur\u00e9 le Charmes Chambertin pourra \u00eatre aussi vinifi\u00e9 avec une partie de la vendange en grappe enti\u00e8re pour renforcer sa complexit\u00e9 et sa profondeur. La nature de ce terroir d\u2019exception vous offrira un vin de garde par excellence dont la vigueur et la robustesse dans ces jeunes ann\u00e9es tendent \u00e0 s\u2019assagir au profit de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9gance et de la finesse apr\u00e8s quelques ann\u00e9es en cave. <\/span><\/p>\n
